HOME INSPECTIONS

During an inspection, we check on the following:

* Make certain all doors and windows are secure.
* Make certain the water is shut off.
* Look for water issues on ceilings, walls and floors.Over weeks, sealed sinks with slow dripping faucets and A/C units with leaks can cause major damage to your unit and others.

* Look for obvious signs of mold.
* Make certain toilets and shower drains are sealed or water levels are properly maintained to keep out insect intrusion.
* See that the A/C is cooling and/or set to the correct temperature.
* If turned off, make certain refrigerators and wine chillers are open to prevent a stale smell.
* If a refrigerator is on, see if perishable foods were left. Food will be removed.
